From takeoff to proposal without rebuilding the project.

Route time and distance are estimates; confirm job requirements and travel assumptions.
Explore the estimating workflow
Start with reusable Price Book information
Maintain equipment, material, and labor entries with fields such as manufacturer, part number, description, category, trade, distributor, unit, cost, markup, and sell price. In the BOM, search matching Price Book items or continue with manual material entry.
Capture carefully, then review
On supported desktop workflows, Snip Item can capture a product listing and suggest editable item fields for the Price Book. Review uncertain or missing values before saving; SpecSense does not promise live distributor feeds or guaranteed pricing accuracy.
Build the estimate and proposal
Organize takeoff-linked and manual BOM items, labor rates and hours, project totals, scope, alternates, exclusions, assumptions, and customer details. Preview and export a proposal PDF, organize a combined or scoped proposal, and prepare a change-order proposal when needed.
Plan the journey and logistics cost
Project Logistics can estimate office-to-jobsite drive time and distance, then organize trips, technicians per trip, on-site hours, travel-labor hours, and labor rates. Review the resulting logistics cost and choose whether it belongs in the internal budget, customer proposal, or both. Drive information is an estimate based on available route data, not a guarantee of future traffic or conditions.
